- Private unique building, one apt per floor, must be respectful of neighbors regarding noise.
- No smoking allowed inside, nor in balcony, nor in hallways, only in the street.
- Garbage can be left Monday through Friday at the back elevator kitchen door in closed garbage bags. Note keys have to be hung back in hook after door is opened and locked back.
- No party's.
- No pets.
- Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
- Guest has to open and close personally building front door and lock hallway door every time.
- Please only 3 people using elevator at a time, and make sure doors close properly when you exit it.
- Check in is from 3pm to 8pm, and check out is 10am. If you have some specific requests, we will try to accommodate as possible, but not guaranteed, so make sure you are aware when you book flights you are aware of these timeframes.
-Leave linen on beds, and leave towels hanging when you leave, no need to wash anything.
