This is what you can expect at the Lighthouse Point Beach House:
⭐️ Living Room: step into an open floor plan that makes the living room a breezy place to kick back. Cozy up on the sectional sofa and watch the flat-screen with streaming channels. A handy set of games to keep all the family entertained and a soothing sand and sea color palette brings the hues of beach inside. You will open the main door to a happy place!
⭐️ Dining Area: Come dinnertime, the open layout definitely comes in handy. Cook up something delicious while the kids watch TV, the grandparents play a game of cards at the nearby dining table, and others hang out in the hot tub just through the sliding glass doors. Then gather for dinner at the 10-person table inside or eat outside under the stars. Note the unique dinner table was made by an artist from Brazil with hardwood and an embedded coconut pattern around.
⭐️ Kitchen: The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and well-stocked cabinets, with everything you need to entertain at your leisure. Dining sets for 10, glasses, mugs, cooking utensils, pots and pans, baking dishes, baking and muffin trays, cookie sheets, and even a breakfast bar which includes: a Keurig coffee machine, a Bodum French coffee maker, toaster, blender, an electric kettle, all ready so that no one has to start the day unhappy. Waffles anyone?! Yes, there is also a new waffle maker! And syrups for your choice! We leave you with a starter kit of our favorite K-cups, or one to refill with grounded coffee, and tea, or grab some more at a nearby grocery store. Of course, there is also a side-by-side refrigerator, stove, microwave, and a mixer for you to use.
The Laundry has a washer and a dryer for you to use during your stay, and also has the beach umbrella, chairs, pool games, and beach or pool towels you might need with a place to hang them, as well as a cooler to take to the beach with cool drinks. A fishing bucket if you would like to take a fishing tour too! And the sports basket with pickle ball rackets, tennis rackets, yoga mat and blocks for a healthy fit relaxing vacation.
⭐️ Family Room: A split layout means you can always find peace and quiet at the Lighthouse Point Beach House. Send teens to the family room with a smart TV, or the blue tooth speaker. This space also has a desk for #DigitalNomads if you need to close the door for some quiet time to work and has a queen sectional sofa sleeper for a surprisingly comfortable night’s sleep for two.
⭐️ Pool, Hot Tub and Garden: Now introducing everyone’s favorite spot! At the center, the pleasantness of the pool. On one side this space features what we call "The Spa" with a hot tub, and at the left a space to eat and stay over long conversations with a coal grill, and a beautiful relaxing outdoor eating area for lunch in the sun or dinner under the stars. At the back of the garden, you will find the firepit and chairs, where you can enjoy the Smores we have left for your welcome surprise. And of course, the pool deck, which can also be accessed from the family room, where you will lounge and relax after a great soothing swim. The pool is not heated. Gorgeous all year round, like heaven on Earth! You will find two bicycles for your use, one for adults and one for youth, with a chain you can take with you. Enjoy a ride around the beautiful area!
⭐️ Bedrooms: Every bedroom at the Lighthouse Point beach house has its charm! All of the bedrooms have top-of-the-line comfort mattress and crisp, white cotton sheets (no microfibers to protect the planet). Light blocking curtains let you sleep in, and bedside reading lamps and flat-screens in every bedroom are great for night owls. Our new flat screen TVs lets you stream your favorite Netflix shows and movies onto any of the TVs, as well as YouTube, Hulu, Amazon, and more.
The first master bedroom has a king-size bed, with the Zinus mattress for a heavenly sleep, a walk-in closet and it's own master bathroom with a jacuzzi.
The second bedroom has twin beds, also with Zinus mattresses to sleep in heaven, and the third bedroom is thought as a space for children with bunk beds, games and books, and a pack n’ play to set up if needed. The second master bedroom is just off of the family room, with it's bathroom and dressing room, and a queen size bed, for the most comfortable sleep in heaven. The family room has a queen size sofa sleeper, super comfortable, as well.
⭐️ Bathrooms: The master bath has a deep tub with jacuzzi, double sink vanity, a walk-in shower, we call it Gold&Roses. The second bathroom, by the second and third bedrooms, has a shower/tub combination with yellow sunshine touches, which we call The Daffodils, and the third bathroom by the family and the second master, has a walk-in shower and is the Lavender bathroom, another of our favorite flowers.
Guest accessTo access and enjoy your stay at Lighthouse Point Beach House, please know:
Keyless Entry Door: We will provide you with a code to access the front door for the length of your stay.
Check-in & Check-out: Check in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am.
Parking is on the driveway, that fits at least 4 cars. No parking is allowed on the street.
Two adult bikes are on the side of the house.
Wifi is available at high speeds if you need to work or stream, as well as to use all your apps on the smart TV screens.
Side gates provide direct access to the garden and the pool.
Note there are alarms on the sliding doors to prevent children going out to the pool without adult supervision.
Two AC's are available: please do not use lower than 68 as the unit will freeze and it takes a whole day off to reset it, and leave at 78 when you leave the house.
The water heater is set at the right temperature, please do not tamper.
Remember the neighborhood is strict about quite hours from 10pm to 8am, please.
No cleaning is required upon checkout!

As we travelled, we made efforts to leave a smaller footprint taking our refillable water bottles, a metal spoon in our bags, not using little shampoo hotel bottles, etc. Even so, we know it is not enough. Our home has to help you be able to take care of your own environmental footprint as well. We therefore make every effort to be a B organization, meeting standards of social and environmental performance, and being a force for good.
We do so by:

• Recycling System: It’s easy to recycle with the no-sort system called "single-stream recycling." All recycling items can be placed in the same container with the light brown lid and the City’s logo (outside laundry room).

Please note no smoking is allowed, no pets, no party's and respect quiet hours please. We turn off the two security cameras from the side of the house when you check in, and the Minut noise device informs us of loud noises or smoke detection for security purposes.
Upon checkout NO cleaning is required! Make sure you don't leave any valuables behind, and take lots of memories you will cherish forever!

Lighthouse Point is a unique tranquil neighborhood, so close to the beach, and right in between Pompano Beach and Deerfield Beach. Everything fun is a few minutes away! and the peaceful pool and garden might entice you to just stay at home and relax as well!

Hillsboro Inlet Lighthouse is a lighthouse located on the north side of Hillsboro Inlet, midway between Fort Lauderdale and Boca Raton, in Hillsboro Beach, Florida. Check the monthly Saturday visit schedule.

Getting aroundLighthouse Point is so beautiful! We are 2 blocks away from US1 and 10 minute drive to the beach, 15 minutes to Pompano Beach or Deerfield Beach.

What TO DO:
Hillsboro Inlet Lighthouse: First installed in 1907. There is only one monthly tour so check if you are here that date and don’t miss it!
Best and Closest Beach: North Ocean Park: 3424 NE 16th St; Pompano Beach, FL 33062. A 15 drive from the house. Windsurfers paradise. Parking is on the street, we recommend to park on NE 16th street, turning from AIA towards the canal, which also has a Pompano Beach Water Taxi Stop. A perfect view of the Lighthouse, too.
Pompano Beach Golf Club: redesigned and renovated Greg Norman Signature Pines Course opened on January 1, 2013 to rave reviews. With state of the art design, Celebration Bermuda fairways and TifEagle greens, the Pines is a golf destination for residents and visitors to the region.1101 N Federal Hwy, Pompano Beach, FL 33062
Quiet Waters Park: 401 S. Powerline Rd., Deerfield Beach, FL 33442. Unique Rent-a-Tent/Tepee Campground to Ski Rixen USA cable water-skiing to seven miles of mountain bike trails, along with Splash Adventure water park and Woofing Waters Dog Park & Marina, both of which are open seasonally.
Butterfly World: It opened in 1988, and is the largest butterfly park in the world, and the first park of its kind in the Western Hemisphere. The facility houses around 20,000 live butterflies. 3600 W. Sample Road, Coconut Creek, FL 33073.
Bowling: Diamonds Strikes and Lanes. 2200 N Federal Hwy, Pompano Beach, FL 33062
Ice Skating: Glacier Ice and Snow Arena is a 40,000 square foot facility, located just north of Sample Road at 4601 North Federal Highway, Pompano Beach FL.
Palm Beach: A 30’ drive where we recommend that you take the time to visit The Breakers Hotel, Worth Avenue, the Kennedy’s home, and the Norton Museum of Art.
Rapids Water Park: Rapids Water Park is a water park in 6566 N Military Trl, West Palm Beach, FL 33407, which includes 42 slides and attractions, including a wave pool, dual seven-story speed slides, and a quarter-mile lazy river. There are also slides for children and toddlers. Full day family fun!
The Morikami Museum and Japanese Gardens: a center for Japanese arts and culture located west of Delray Beach in Palm Beach County. 4000 Morikami Park Road, Delray Beach, FL 33446.
